1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jetbej ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jetbej.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through it.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Responsibility

Your jetbej account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued during two-factor authentication. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

jetbej reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if the platform reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a valid deposit transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jetbej offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your main wallet or withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus offers carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

In the event of a discrepancy between game-provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence where they relate to account management, payments, and platform conduct.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The user is under 21 years of age.
• The user has requested self-exclusion or a cool-off period that requires account restriction.
• Continued access by the user poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jetbej.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts and any amounts under investigation will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon closure where a breach of Terms has occurred.
